Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at sales@helmandllc.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Once received, securely package the item with the RA number included on the package.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return results from our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll send an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

For exchanges, contact our customer service team to arrange.

Exceptions

Some items, like perishables and personalized items, aren’t eligible for return. Final sale items are non-refundable.
